A pod of orca whales can be sound in the swell as they breached the surface in their slow, majestic manner. Vickys orca whales announce their presence with a thunderous blast of water through a blowhole - you can almost hear that sound, like the opening of the woodwind section of an orchestra, echo over the cobalt waves. As her whales undergo their periodic deep-dive, dorsalfins appear like the crest of a wave itself, and you are left searching for more.
