Free UK Delivery
We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.
All UK deliveries are fully tracked, insured and require a signature upon delivery.
For watches marked as In Stock, orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same working day.
Most UK deliveries are sent via a next working day service, allowing you to receive your new watch as quickly as possible.
Same-Day Dispatch
For same-day dispatch, orders should be placed:
- Before 4:00pm Monday to Friday
- Before 11:30am Saturday
Orders placed after these times will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that dispatch times apply to in-stock products only.
Premium Delivery Services
Additional delivery options may be available during checkout, including:

Delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to:

Unless otherwise stated, international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Special Order & Supplier-Sourced Watches
Many of the brands we offer are sourced directly from manufacturers and authorised distributors.
Where a watch is not immediately available from stock, delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and production schedules.
If an extended lead time applies, our team will contact you promptly with an updated estimated delivery date.
Bank Holidays & Seasonal Periods
Delivery services may be affected during:

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
All orders are fully insured whilst in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, appears incomplete or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our team as soon as possible.
We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
