We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on most purchases.
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable, you may request a return, exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
If an exchange is completed, the replacement item will not be eligible for a refund unless it is subsequently found to be faulty.
The 30 day returns period begins on the date your order is delivered.

For hygiene, product integrity, supplier compliance and authentication purposes, watch straps, accessories, parts and components are non-returnable and non-refundable once supplied.
Where any strap, accessory, bracelet component or part has been fitted, installed, worn, adjusted, altered or used, it will be considered a customised item and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Bracelet Adjustments
HYPE Watches offers bracelet sizing and adjustment services on selected watches.
Please note that once a bracelet has been adjusted, resized or links have been removed, the watch becomes a customised item and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless it is found to be faulty.
Please also note that watch straps, accessories, replacement parts and bracelet components are supplied on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis unless faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly.
For this reason, we recommend requesting bracelet adjustments only once you are certain the watch is suitable.
Manufacturer Warranties
As an authorised UK stockist, all new watches purchased from HYPE Watches are supplied with the official manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty periods vary between brands and provide protection against manufacturing defects occurring during normal use.
Warranty coverage does not typically include:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised repairs
