Once a special-order product has been confirmed with a supplier or manufacturer:

The order cannot be cancelled
The order cannot be amended
The order cannot be returned

12. Limited Edition & Allocated Watches

Some watches may be produced in limited quantities or allocated by manufacturers.

For limited edition, allocated or restricted products we reserve the right to:

Manufacturer allocations may change without notice.

Where an allocation cannot be fulfilled, a full refund of monies paid will be provided.

13. Bracelet Sizing & Watch Adjustments

HYPE Watches may offer complimentary bracelet sizing on selected watches.

By requesting bracelet sizing, link removal or adjustment, you acknowledge that:

The watch becomes customised to your requirements
Removed links will be supplied where possible
Sizing is based upon information provided by the customer

Watches that have been sized or adjusted may not be eligible for return unless faulty, not as described or otherwise required by law.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring sizing information is accurate.

14. Watch Straps, Parts & Accessories

Watch straps, replacement straps, bracelets, clasps, buckles, links and accessories may be sourced specifically to fulfil customer orders.

Unless faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly, we cannot accept returns for:

Fitted watch straps
Replacement straps
Watch bracelets
Bracelet links
Clasps and buckles
Watch components
Special-order accessories
Installed parts

Where any accessory has been worn, fitted, altered or installed, it may become ineligible for return.

15. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect customers, manufacturers and payment providers, HYPE Watches reserves the right to undertake identity and fraud prevention checks.

Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation of the order and refund of any monies paid.

16. Delivery

UK Delivery

HYPE Watches offers secure, tracked and insured delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders under £125 are subject to delivery charges displayed at checkout

18. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods remains with HYPE Watches until full payment has been received and cleared.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address supplied with the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.

Where incorrect delivery information is supplied, HYPE Watches shall not be responsible for delays, losses or additional costs arising as a result.

19. Your Right to Cancel

20. Returns

Items returned showing signs of wear, use, damage or modification may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund value where permitted by law.
