12. Limited Edition & Allocated Watches

13. Bracelet Sizing & Watch Adjustments

HYPE Watches may offer complimentary bracelet sizing on selected watches.

By requesting bracelet sizing, link removal or adjustment, you acknowledge that:

  • Sizing is based upon information provided by the customer

Watches that have been sized or adjusted may not be eligible for return unless faulty, not as described or otherwise required by law.

14. Watch Straps, Parts & Accessories

Watch straps, replacement straps, bracelets, clasps, buckles, links and accessories may be sourced specifically to fulfil customer orders.

Unless faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Replacement straps
  • Watch bracelets
  • Bracelet links
  • Clasps and buckles
  • Watch components
  • Special-order accessories
  • Installed parts

Where any accessory has been worn, fitted, altered or installed, it may become ineligible for return.

To protect customers, manufacturers and payment providers, HYPE Watches reserves the right to undertake identity and fraud prevention checks.

16. Delivery

UK Delivery

HYPE Watches offers secure, tracked and insured delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

18. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods remains with HYPE Watches until full payment has been received and cleared.
